Step 3: Contact us to schedule your engaging In-Class skills training session with our Paramedic Instructors!
Step 4: Complete the in-class session and be both Certified and Empowered!
After completing the online portion of your blended course, you can schedule the in-class skills training session at your convenience. We offer various times and dates each week to accommodate different schedules.

If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, we will issue you a full refund. If you choose the Blended Online & In-Class Program and cancel after starting the online portion, there will be a $25 service fee. For full details, see our refund policy here.
You can reschedule your in-class course as many times as you'd like without any fee, as long as you provide more than 7 days notice and use our helpful self-service scheduling app to move your course date from one available date, to a different one on our calendar. We offer Intermediate First Aid (formerly Standard First Aid), Basic First Aid (formerly Emergency First Aid), CPR C, CPR BLS, and CPR A. These courses serve everyday people and trades that need certification.

At Para CPR & First Aid, we combine real-world experience with convenience and affordability.
Our courses are led by Real Paramedic Instructors. These professionals not only 'walk the walk' but are passionate about imparting their knowledge and experience. This ensures you receive practical training from those who face emergencies daily.
The short answer is - probably CPR C. You should choose CPR BLS if you're in healthcare or you're a professional first responder.
CPR C will train and certify you on Adult, Child, Infant, and 2-Person CPR plus AED use.
CPR A will only train and certify you on Adult-only CPR & AED use.
We recommend Intermediate First Aid (formerly Standard First Aid).
Intermediate First Aid is longer and more complete. Most workplaces ask for it.
Basic First Aid (formerly Emergency First Aid) is shorter. It covers fewer scenarios. Some workplaces still ask for it by the old name.
Under Ontario Reg 1101 and WSIB, Basic First Aid equals Emergency First Aid. Intermediate First Aid equals Standard First Aid. Certificates issued under the old names stay valid until they expire.
Choose Intermediate First Aid unless you only need the shorter, lower-cost path for a minimum workplace rule.
